Myopia up to -14.00 D with astigmatism up to -5.00 D.Hyperopia up to +4.00 D with astigmatism up to -4.00 D. This is the widest range of prescription accepted for this type of an enhancement program. This program allows the patients that meet the prescription criteria above to have free enhancements provided it is safe, and they attend all of the required postop visits and yearly dilated exam in order to assure us their eyes are healthy.Most patients' prescription will fall within the above range of acceptance. All patients (even outside of this range) qualify for the first 2 years.
